  • If you are a new Student Lady Golfer, we provide a Buddy System to help get you on your feet and meet other golfers
  • Golf Exchange Days where we do a course swap and play our weekend competition on a different course. Courses include; Ballybunnion Old Course, Ballybunion Cashen Course, Tralee G.C, Killarney Golf and Fishing Club, Killorglin G.C & Beaufort G.C.Captains Club Trip Away.
  • Captains Club Trip Away. This is a golf trip where our Captain chooses the destination. We play golf, enjoy meals and stay overnight. It’s a fun and social occasion for all our members
  • Seniors Golf. We have a large and vibrant seniors’ section. (60 years +)

Why Join Dooks?

Golf has been played in Dooks since 1889 making it one of the oldest clubs in Ireland.

From its subtle rolling fairways there are breath-taking views of Dingle Bay, the stunning sandy beaches of Rossbeigh and Inch and the magnificent McGillycuddy Reeks Mountain Range, which is home to the tallest mountain in Ireland, Carrauntoohil. Dooks features an amazing variety of gorse, heather and wildflowers.

The ‘gentle’ wind is never far away, and the narrow genuine sandy fairways and well contoured greens offer you a real taste of traditional links golf at its very best.
